LIFESTYLE LUXURY AWARD 2021, THE LUXURY HOME IN MOGLIANO VENETO
Filippo Caprioglio of the homonymous studio Caprioglio Architects was awarded the Lifestyle Luxury Award 2021 in New York for the project of the single-family villa F + T + 3 in Mogliano Veneto.
The villa was designed in 2018 and saw the light in 2021. Few but well-mixed materials give life to this futuristic and thousand and one night project, which exudes luxury despite the sober colors and the simple areas that define its contours. . The white, almost all-encompassing, serves as a backdrop for the simple and measured designer furnishings. And then glass, lots of glass, almost as if they were scenic wings used by Caprioglio to relate the interior with the exterior of the house. Villa F + T + 3 was born on the ruins of a pre-existing house, resulting in a new construction of over 250 square meters spread over two floors and a garden that has almost double it, an area chosen for a 12-meter infinity pool for 5.
The essential lines and the continuity between inside and outside are used by Caprioglio to create spaces that give emotions, housing solutions where our most precious resource stops to give space to the rest and tranquility of the countryside. The rapid passage of time seems to stop in villa F + T + 3, described here by spaces ranging from the canonical 2.7 m of the entrance to 6 of the double-height open space.
Caprioglio is an architect from Mestre, son of Giovanni Caprioglio, one of the protagonists of the post-earthquake reconstruction of the Fiuli-Venezia Giulia. While his father continued with works for large public contracts, his son Filippo embarked on the path of private residences, specializing and creating small architectural jewels throughout the Veneto region.
